Educational components that reveal the uniqueness of the program include “Dialogue and Mediation in Public Administration,” “Sectoral Management,” “Modern Tools for Community Development,” “Local Financial Management in the Context of Decentralization,” and “Tax Regulation and Fiscal Risk Management.”

The aim of the educational program is to prepare professionals in public administration and management capable of solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field, including in special-purpose public service or during studies.

The program focuses on acquiring fundamental knowledge in public administration and management, managing civic associations, non-profit organizations, projects, and programs.

The training is focused on providing competencies for professionals to conduct research and innovation in public administration and management in modern conditions, develop and implement effective management methods and tools aimed at addressing the current challenges of state and societal development.

Completion of the program includes mandatory internships in public administration and management bodies, state institutions, and organizations, as well as involvement of practitioners from the field in the educational process.

Graduates of the “Public Administration and Management” specialty can work in:

⦁ Government and public administration bodies: local state administrations and local self-government bodies; central authorities (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, relevant Ministries, other government agencies and institutions);

⦁ Analyst, expert, advisor, or consultant to members of parliament, government officials;

⦁ International organizations representing Ukraine in the development of local self-government and civil society.
