The seminar was organized by the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs.
The event was opened by the Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Scientist and Technologist of Ukraine, Police Colonel Oleksandr Yunin, who noted that the topic of the event is important because there are problematic issues regarding the restoration and development of civil-law relations in Ukraine, especially in the current conditions of martial law.
During the discussion, issues related to the development of modern Eurointegration processes were discussed; rights, freedoms, and obligations of individuals and citizens in the context of European standards and modern trends in the development of international private law and EU law.
The scientific views expressed will serve as the basis for developing a new strategy for educational work in educational institutions, which significantly shapes the future development of the ukrainian state.
