A meeting of graduates of summer schools, organized by the Association of Women Lawyers of Ukraine “JurFem” in partnership with Lawyers Without Borders Canada (LWBC), took place in Lviv.

Taking an active part in the proceedings was DSUIA cadet Katerina Hrybchenko. Within the scope of the training, Katerina engaged in discussions on topics related to the leadership of women lawyers, gender stereotypes, sexism, discrimination, and gender-based violence. Additionally, issues of tolerance and accessibility were raised.

Speakers and experts instructed participants on identifying, documenting, and investigating cases of gender-based violence, including domestic, sexual, and cyber violence.

This is not the first “JurFem” event in which the cadet has participated. According to Katerina Hrybchenko, such events are very beneficial for her as a future investigator. As a result of the training, all attendees received appropriate certificates.
