The Pre-University Training Department for Career Guidance and Employment Assistance, together with the Department of Special Physical Training, organized and conducted consultations for preparatory course participants.
Prospective applicants were given advice on how to prepare properly for the entrance standards – running 100 meters, 1 kilometer, and a comprehensive strength exercise. It includes two stages: trunk lifts while lying on the back, and bending and straightening the arms while lying down. The total execution time is 1 minute. Preparatory course participants were able to perform the exercise under the guidance of senior lecturer Vladimir Rogalsky and assess their own level of preparation.
At the end of the event, participants were also introduced to the training grounds of DSUIA.
