Colonel of the Police, Alexander HANZHA, the Chief of the Main Department of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region, has expressed gratitude to a cadet from Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs for assistance provided to the victims of a mass road accident.
During a mass road traffic accident in the center of Dnipro, cadet Roman SYNEKOLODEZSKY, from the Faculty for Training Specialists for Units of the Criminal Police at DSUIA, found himself near the scene of the incident. He promptly took action, directing the situation, calling for patrol police and emergency medical assistance, while simultaneously providing aid to the injured. Despite attempts by the participants of the accident to leave the scene, Roman SYNEKOLODEZSKY prevented such actions until the arrival of the patrol.
