In a blended format, the session was attended by Judge of the Supreme Court in the Cassation Criminal Court, Serhii Fomin. He discussed with the students the tasks and significance of the cassation stage of proceedings, grounds, deadlines, and procedural order for reviewing court decisions in cassation, etc. The speaker talked about the latest most relevant decisions made by the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, which have significant importance for legal practice, and answered questions that interested future lawyers.

Under the mentorship of Judge of the Industrial District Court of Dnipro, Liudmyla Sliusar, the trainees simulated court hearings on criminal proceedings and received practical advice and guidance within the study topic “Enforcement of Court Decisions.”
