The 9th International Talent and Creativity Festival-Competition “TOP FEST WEEKEND” took place in the village of Yablunytsia in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Dancers, circus ensembles, and vocalists from all over the country competed for the title of the best in various artistic genres. Performances were judged by a professional jury.
Cadet Daria Tkachenko from the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Training Specialists for National Police Units presented her premiere performances titled “Tsunamia” and “Women’s Power,” confidently winning the Grand Prix. She received a commemorative cup and a certificate from the event organizers.
