The event is organized and supported by the Department of Education and Science of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration and the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA).
Throughout the week, 200 individuals have undergone training in the “Dzhura-Police” direction, bringing the total number of participants since the beginning of the training to over 400. All participants are students from city and regional educational institutions. The aim of the military-patriotic game is to foster national-patriotic education among children and youth.
The training is divided into three areas, conducted at specially prepared locations at DSUIA.
As part of the intellectual and artistic complex “Cossack Fun,” participants tested their knowledge of Ukrainian history and the Cossacks in the “Vidun” quiz.
The “Cossack Valor” complex was dedicated to military-applied techniques: participants practiced drill elements, learned how to overcome obstacle courses, reviewed the material parts of automatic weapons, and performed shooting exercises in an interactive shooting range.
Within the police-applied complex, participants engaged in a police quest – solving a proposed “crime” and mastering UAVs, learning about the functions of the devices and practicing control skills using simulators.
Upon completion of the second stage of “Dzhura,” all students and participants will take part in a five-day camp gathering.
