The event was conducted by Professor Vitalii TELIICHUK from the Department of Operational and Search Activities for the cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine.
The practical session took place in the format of a police quest – an interactive intellectual and logical game with search elements. The event aimed to develop practical skills for future police officers.
As part of the topic “Forms of Operational and Search Activities,” an operational-search scenario was simulated, closely resembling real conditions, specifically the investigation of a robbery involving a minor.
Cadets learned to analyze the initial investigative and operational-search situation based on the received information about the robbery; conduct search and operational measures to identify the “suspected criminals” based on descriptions and apprehend them “on the spot.”
Additionally, the cadets practiced the actions of an operational officer as part of an investigative team and their role in providing operational support for criminal proceedings.
