Off-site Ukrainian Language Lesson at the “Dnipro History Museum”

MIA Lyceum

A lesson on “Practical Rhetoric” was held for students of the Dnipro Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

The off-site lesson for students of the Dnipro Lyceum of Security Focus and National-Patriotic Education of the MIA was organized with the goal of enhancing their knowledge of the Ukrainian language while learning more about the city’s history.

The 10th-grade students explored ancient architecture, learned about notable Ukrainians, and saw household items once used by the city’s residents.

During the lesson, students watched an interactive presentation-film where a boatman narrated the story of the Dnipro Rapids, which once existed in and beyond the city.

Teachers emphasized that such activities broaden students’ horizons, deepen their knowledge of Ukraine, its culture, and history, and improve their proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
