At a recent Rectorate meeting at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, rector, police colonel Oleksandr MORHUNOV recognized students for their accomplishments in international educational events and sports competitions, awarding them certificates and medals.
Darina MAMCHURENKO, a third-year student from the Institute of Law and Innovative Education, won the bronze medal in the under-60 kg weight category at the “IX EAGLE CUP 2024” International Taekwondo Tournament held in Hungary from October 5-7. Darina also competed in the IX Taekwondo World Cup in Argentina from October 26 to November 2, where she placed fourth.
Tetiana MOROZ, another student from the Institute of Law and Innovative Education, participated in the Erasmus+ international youth project “Is Anybody Hearing My Voice?” held in Turkey from October 19-26.
In his remarks, Rector Oleksandr MORHUNOV encouraged the students to continue honing their skills and to strive for even greater achievements in both sports and public service.
