The Department of Civil Law Disciplines at the Faculty of Training for Criminal Police Units of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) held a scientific club meeting focused on the legal implementation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the private law sphere.
The event was organized by Professor Marina YUNINA with the participation of academic staff.
During the session, participants presented reports addressing pressing human rights issues in the context of martial law, including:
The right to respect for private and family life;
Protection of rights in the healthcare sector;
Challenges in ensuring and safeguarding the inheritance rights of internally displaced persons.
The meeting sparked active discussions among cadets, who explored potential improvements to the legal framework for the effective protection of private law participants’ rights.
