DSUIA Police Academy Trainees Practiced Skills at Tactical Training Ground

Trainees of the Primary Professional Training Center “Police Academy” at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs successfully completed practical exercises at a tactical training ground, reinforcing the theoretical knowledge they had acquired.

Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs continues to provide high-quality training for future specialists of the National Police of Ukraine.

Under the supervision of experienced instructors, the trainees practiced firearms handling, tactical first aid, and engineering training. They learned how to stop bleeding using hemostatic tourniquets, dig trenches with entrenching tools, and operate firearms.

The training was conducted by instructors Denys Kalchuk, Police Major Vitalii Karpenko, and Police Captains Mykola Drok and Stepan Kotsai.

According to the instructors, such exercises enhance professional skills, prepare trainees for real-life challenges in service, and build confidence and readiness to act in extreme conditions.
