The defense of the papers will take place during the scientific and practical conference hosted by the National Academy of Internal Affairs (Kyiv).
Seven research papers by DSUIA higher education students won prizes in the second round of the research competition for bachelor-level students of higher education institutions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
To ensure high-quality preparation for the defense, the Department for the Organization of Scientific Activity at DSUIA arranged a series of training sessions for the finalists. The final session was held on May 5 and took the form of a meeting between the finalists and their academic advisors.

Head of the Department for the Organization of Scientific Activity Denys Proshyn and Senior Researcher Olena Shkurko noted that the training sessions helped participants optimize their reports and presentations for the final conference.
The academic advisors of the finalists had the opportunity to listen to the students’ presentations, evaluate their quality, and provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the content and visual design of their speeches.
Representatives of the department and academic supervisors noted the sufficiently high level of the finalists’ preparation for the competition defense, which will ensure that Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs is represented with dignity at the final scientific and practical conference.
