To mark Constitution Day of Ukraine, a patriotic dictation was held in Dnipro, bringing together nearly 700 participants. Among them were representatives of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
The event was organized by the Dnipro Youth Center with the support of the Dnipro City Council. DSUIA was proudly represented by students and activists of the Student-Cadet Council. The goal of the event was to test participants’ knowledge of the Ukrainian language and promote shared values, respect for the country’s Constitution, and national unity.
The text chosen for the dictation was a touching letter by Vasyl Symonenko — a Ukrainian poet whose work is infused with patriotism, sincerity, and love for his homeland. The passage was read aloud by well-known actor and public figure Oleksandr Khomenko.
The Head of the Student-Cadet Council of DSUIA, Maksym Khadzhiiyskyi, expressed gratitude to the organizers, emphasizing that the Ukrainian language is the key to national unity.
DSUIA students and cadets are convinced that participation in such events fosters national awareness among youth, strengthens patriotism, and teaches them to protect what matters most — the Constitution, language, dignity, and independence.
