During the first stage of the competition, participants wrote an essay-reflection on the topic “The uniqueness of revealing the image of Ukraine’s nature in the poetic works of Taras Shevchenko.”
Cadets, students, and students of the Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education of the MVS named after Oleksandr Hostishchev joined the participation.
The participants were greeted by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, wishing them inspiration, success, and creative enthusiasm.
The assistant to the rector of DSUIA Volodymyr Kovbasa also addressed the participants, sharing his personal perception of the works of the Kobzar.
The education seekers and lyceum students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the works of the winners of previous competitions and learn about their achievements.
The event contributed to the development of language culture, deepening knowledge about the life and works of Taras Shevchenko, forming a patriotic worldview, and fostering respect for the Ukrainian word among youth.
The results of the first stage of the competition will be summarized on November 1, 2025.
