Veterans who train at the base of DSUIA conducted a rehabilitation event for patients of Superhumans Dnipro. The training was conducted with the participation of the department of special physical training and with the assistance of the university leadership.
Military veterans Ivan Zmiievskyi, V’iacheslav Panin and Yevhen Ratkov visited the center Superhumans Dnipro, where joined to the conducting of events on rehabilitation of military through adaptive sport. Within the framework of the visit representatives of DSUIA demonstrated the game of petanque, told about its rules and provided patients the opportunity to play personally.
Besides, senior lecturers of the department of special physical training of DSUIA Marharyta Chobotko, Ihor Chobotko and research fellow of the research laboratory of preventive activity and sociological studies Vitalii Krysan conducted a career guidance meeting.
They acquainted patients with the activity of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, faculties, institutes and specialties, as well as told about the Barrier-free driving school that functions at the base of the university.
Separately to those present was conveyed information about Dnipro Lyceum of security direction and national-patriotic education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after O. Hostishchev, where children of defenders can study.
