During the session, students worked on improving their individual shooting skills and developing in-game reaction time.

Systematic training of students in the field of esports continues at the O. Hostishchev Dnipro Lyceum for Security-Oriented and National-Patriotic Education. The latest session was dedicated to the techniques of prefire and shooting in bots.
First, the lyceum students practiced prefire – shooting in advance at a point where, according to the server’s prediction, an opponent may appear. This training element helps develop game sense, shooting accuracy, and increases effectiveness in competitive matches thanks to faster reaction time.
Next, the students practiced aim bots – shooting against virtual opponents (bots). This format is used to improve crosshair control, refine shooting mechanics, ensure movement stability and increase hit accuracy. Regular bot training helps players adapt more quickly to in-game situations and improve individual performance.

During breaks between gaming sessions, the students competed in a pull-up exercise, performing the maximum number of repetitions within two minutes. Physical activity is an important component of esports training: it helps to warm up the body, prevent potential neck and back injuries, improve cognitive functions, concentration and the ability to cope with stress.
