The event was organized and conducted by the Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of the university, Police Lieutenant Colonel Nataliia Karnaukh, with the participation of first-year cadets.
During the meeting, the focus of discussion was the results of the adaptation period of students to the conditions of study and daily life at the university. The cadets outlined the main challenges of the initial stage of training, analyzed the dynamics of their own adaptation, and identified factors that contributed to effective integration into the new educational environment.
In their speeches, participants emphasized the gradual development of a sense of belonging to the university community, a proper level of mastering the educational program, and active integration into the cadet environment.
The implementation of such activities within the Family DDUVS project is systematic in nature and aimed at providing psycho-emotional support to first-year students, optimizing their adaptation processes, forming corporate identity, and strengthening the value orientations of future officers whose activities are based on an awareness of professional responsibility to the state and society.
