The event was held at the base of the Biopharma Plasma Dnipro donor center.

Cadets of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs continue to join donor initiatives and took part in the next plasma donation, demonstrating an active civic position, indifference and readiness to support those who need help.
Before the procedure, all participants underwent a mandatory medical examination and consultation with specialists of the donor center. After confirmation of compliance with medical criteria, each donor donated 750 ml of plasma.
Blood plasma is one of the most important components of modern medicine. It is used for the production of vital drugs that are used in the treatment of severely wounded military personnel, patients with burns, oncological diseases, immune disorders and diseases of the blood clotting system. In the conditions of wartime, the need for donor plasma remains particularly high, because its stocks require constant and prompt replenishment.
Specialists also emphasize that plasma donation is a safe procedure for the donors themselves. It contributes to the natural renewal of blood components, stimulates the work of the body and allows regular monitoring of one’s own health.
The participation of cadets in such initiatives is an example of social responsibility, a conscious attitude to the needs of society and readiness to help people not only during service, but also in everyday life.
