Within the framework of the implementation of the project “Point of Psychological Practices”, psychologists from the National Guard of Ukraine visited the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
The meeting with specialists of the Central Territorial Administration of the National Guard of Ukraine took place within the framework of interdepartmental interaction and was aimed at exchanging professional experience, discussing current issues of psychological support, as well as determining prospects for further cooperation between the institutions.
The Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs was visited by an officer of the psychological support department of the Central Territorial Administration of the National Guard of Ukraine, Major Alla Makarenko; senior officer of the psychological support department of military unit 3021 of the NGU, Lieutenant Serhii Kihan and the head of the psychological support department of military unit 3054 of the NGU, Lieutenant Oleksandra Fishchenko.
The participants exchanged practical developments, discussed modern challenges in the field of psychological support, outlined possible ways to solve them and determined directions for the development of joint initiatives.
The communication combined open dialogue and mutual support. In the process of work, the meeting took the format of mutual supervision and a kind of master class, during which each side shared its practices and received new professional ideas.
Following the results of the event, ways of further cooperation were discussed, which became an important step towards strengthening interdepartmental interaction and the development of the professional community of practical psychologists.
The participants of the meeting believe that this meeting will become the basis for the implementation of new joint projects and effective interaction in the future.
