The initiative was implemented within the framework of marking the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine who died in the struggle for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
At the Krasnopilskyi cemetery, the cadets cleaned dry leaves and small debris, swept the paths, and also put in order the adjacent territory.
Caring for the burial places of the Defenders is a manifestation of respect for the fallen Heroes, the preservation of the memory of their feat and the awareness of the price that Ukraine pays for its freedom and independence.
Similar measures foster a sense of responsibility, a respectful attitude to national memory and civic consciousness, contribute to the formation in cadets of an understanding of the importance of preserving the memory of those who gave their lives for Ukraine.
