Participation in the meeting with the judges of the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court was taken by applicants of higher education of the 1st and 2nd years of the specialty D8 Law of DSUIA.
The event is organized by the department of administrative and legal disciplines and public administration and the department of theory of state and law of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Innovative Education of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
The speakers of the event were the head of the court Volodymyr Horbalinskyi and judges Vasyl Ilkov, Olena Lunina, Nadiia Slipets and Andrii Ryshchenko.
Also, the students visited the Scientific and Practical Hub “Rule of Law” of the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court.
The participants of the meeting familiarized themselves with the structure of the court, the organization of its work, the peculiarities of the consideration of administrative cases and administrative proceedings in the realities of war, as well as with the process of pre-trial settlement of disputes.
The organizers of the event believe that understanding the principles of openness and accessibility of justice, as well as awareness of the role of administrative proceedings in the protection of the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens, which gave the opportunity to consolidate theoretical knowledge.
