A military veteran, an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, visited the Center for Special Professional Training “Police Academy” of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
The meeting was conducted within the framework of the implementation of measures for the patriotic education of trainees.
The guest talked with the trainees, told about his combat path, the specifics of performing tasks and the challenges that the defenders of Ukraine face. Special attention during the conversation was paid to the issues of psychological resilience, discipline and responsibility.
The importance of professional training, readiness for actions in conditions of increased risk and deep awareness of the value of independence and territorial integrity of the state was emphasized.
The issues of physical training of police officers in the conditions of martial law were discussed. In addition, the veteran demonstrated some self-defense techniques that may be useful for law enforcement officers in the future.
Similar measures contribute to the formation in future law enforcement officers of patriotism, responsibility, understanding of the realities of modern war and readiness to worthily perform their official and civic duty.
