In the city of Zaporizhzhia, a championship in combat sambo took place, which gathered the most titled athletes, in particular champions of Ukraine and experienced representatives of this type of martial arts.
Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs at the competitions was represented by a cadet of the faculty of training specialists for units of criminal police of the National Police of Ukraine Bohdan Riabchenko (academic group KP-262-24-1).
The athlete performed in the weight category up to 72 kg and, according to the results of the bouts, took second place, winning the silver award of the championship.
