Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs was represented by the acting rector Ihor Mahdalina and the commissioner for anti-corruption activity Alla Sukhina.
The participants were informed of the requirements for the effective functioning of the Unified Portal of Whistleblower Reports and the provision of conditions for reporting violations of anti-corruption legislation.
Practical cases were provided by a representative of the Department of Internal Security of the National Police of Ukraine regarding E-declaration and regarding corruption and corruption-related offenses in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A representative of the Department of Internal Audit explained the practical aspects of the application of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 27, 2025 No. 436 “On ensuring the effective use of state funds during procurement”, as well as certain issues of organizing work on the prevention and counteraction of corruption in institutions, establishments and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The participants of the training received theoretical and practical knowledge on the issues defined by the program of the meeting-seminar.
