The activity of the department is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, current legislation and international agreements of Ukraine, interdepartmental agreements, normative legal acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the university charter, the Rector’s administrative and executive orders, decisions of the rectorate and the Academic Council of the University, as well as the Regulations on the activities of the department.
