Quality of the international level: DSUIA begins cooperation with the leading universities of Kazakhstan
Rector of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs Andrii Fomenko took a part in the Criminological Forum on “Strengthening Transparency of Law Enforcement, Implementation of Electronic Justice in Kazakhstan”. Memorandums of Cooperation were singed with leading universities of Kazakhstan.

The representatives of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Valentyna Boniak, Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law and Viktoriia Rohalska, Associate Professor at the Department of Criminal Process took part in the International Conference “Effective Protection of Victims’ Rights: European Experience of Implementation Victims’ Rights Directive”, which took place on November 14, 2018 in Mastaiciai, Kaunas district, Lithuania.
A reference visit to Republic Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina
During November 05 – 09 2018, Vice-rector of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Head of Educational and Scientific Laboratory for Research of the Problems of the Legal Status of Internally Displaced Persons and Ensuring Gender Equality Larysa Nalyvaiko and Head of Department of social sciences and humanities, researcher (scholar) of Educational and Scientific Laboratory for Research of the Problems of the Legal Status of Internally Displaced Persons and Ensuring Gender Equality Iryna Hrytsai, as part of Ukrainian delegation, paid a reference visit to Republic Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina within the framework of the project of Council of Europe «Exchange of experience in response to internal displacement».
New opportunities for education and training of police
Rector of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Andrii Fomenko, Head of the Department of Operative Investigation and Specialized Technics Kyrychenko Oleh as part of the delegation of Ukraine went on a business trip to the Slovak Republic from October 24 to October 26, 2018. They took part in the International Workshop on the detection, investigation and prosecution of criminal acts related to chemical, biological, radioactive and nuclear materials.
DSUIA was admitted to the Association of European Police Colleges
A meeting of the executive committee of the Association of European Police Colleges was held on September 19, 2018, which was attended by 36 representatives from 16 Police Academies and educational units of the National Police of European countries.
Study visit to Poland
The delegation of Ukrainian police learned more about cooperation between law-enforcement agencies, social services and NGOs regarding rights of children during visits to the Emergency Youth Center at the Metropolitan Police in Warsaw.
