The event was conducted by the Legal Clinic “Truth” in the thematic room of the Institute of Law and Innovative Education, led by mediator and professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines, Liliya Zolotukhina.
During the webinar, the topic of extrajudicial resolution of conflicts (disputes) with the assistance of a third neutral party – a mediator, who facilitates the mediation process, was discussed. Negotiation techniques were practiced where the conflicting parties independently find a solution that satisfies them. The aim of the session for participants is to acquire skills for resolving conflicts with the involvement of a mediator, who helps parties to improve communication and analyze the situation accordingly.
