Victoria SAVIISHCHENKO at the Professional Development Center “Educational Trajectory” held an interactive lecture “Bullying: Legal Aspects and Prevention.” The event was attended by specialized professionals and educators.

In the modern world, cases of workplace bullying, harassment of employees by colleagues, subordinates, or management with the aim of demeaning the dignity of the employee are increasingly common. Until recently, this issue was often overlooked and not brought to public attention.

Therefore, Professor of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy at DSUIA, Doctor of Law, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Victoria SAVIISHCHENKO conducted an introductory lecture on these issues. She noted that on December 11, 2022, the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Prevention and Combating of Bullying” of November 16, 2022, came into force. Based on this Law, changes have been made to a number of regulatory legal acts.

During the lecture, education institution leaders received practical recommendations on implementing anti-bullying policies, creating comfortable psychological conditions for unleashing the personal potential of teaching staff, and forming an effective organizational culture.
