At Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, the presentation of driver’s licenses to students of the Barrier-Free Driving School, which operates on the basis of the institution, took place.
The graduates were Yevhenii and Volodymyr – military personnel who, despite difficulties, confidently stride towards mobility and independence. During the ceremonial presentation of the licenses, the head of the automotive training department of DSUIA, Yevhenii Khokhlov, congratulated the students, noting their perseverance and the importance of the acquired knowledge for further self-realization.
The Barrier-Free Driving School creates new perspectives for people with disabilities: it is not only about learning to drive a vehicle, but also about gaining confidence, improving quality of life, and expanding opportunities in everyday life and professional activities.
Training for Yevhenii does not end here: he plans to master driving a truck to obtain a category “C1” license.
