After successfully passing the exam, the Category “B” license was presented to the serviceman by the Head of the Vehicle Training Department of the university, Yevhenii Khokhlov.

Another graduate of the driving school is serviceman Maksym, who has been serving in the Armed Forces since 2023. After sustaining an injury and losing limbs, he decided to learn to drive a specially adapted vehicle in order to maintain independence and continue an active life.

He passed the theoretical part of the exam independently, while mastering practical skills at DDUVS. The training included adaptation to manual controls, practicing maneuvers, and developing safe driving skills in real traffic conditions.
Maksym positively assesses the organization of the training process, noting the professionalism of the instructors and the high-quality approach to teaching. According to him, the knowledge gained and the support of the instructors became an important stage in restoring mobility and expanding opportunities in everyday life.

The barrier-free driving school of DDUVS continues to help veterans, servicemen, and people with disabilities gain new opportunities for self-realization and independence.
