The annual career guidance event brought together institutions of higher, pre-higher, and vocational education of the city. The event is aimed at high school students and applicants and is designed to introduce young people to educational opportunities and professional development prospects.
At the university’s location, visitors were presented with DSUIA educational programs, admission requirements for 2026, specifics of the educational process, and future employment opportunities. Communication with applicants was ensured by heads of structural units, lecturers, and representatives of student and cadet self-government bodies.
Prospective applicants received individual consultations on choosing a specialty, the list of required documents, application deadlines, and specifics of studying. University representatives shared details about living conditions, cadets’ daily routines, and opportunities to participate in scientific, sports, and community life.
Visitors were also shown elements of professional training for law enforcement officers. In particular, they had the opportunity to ознакомиться with the contents of a forensic kit, undergo fingerprinting procedures, and examine samples of special equipment and modern unmanned aerial vehicles used in official activities.
“Dnipro Education City” is an effective platform for communication between educational institutions and applicants, contributing to informed career choices among young people. Annual participation of DSUIA in such an event makes it possible to present the university’s educational potential, expand interaction with applicants, and increase awareness among high school students about opportunities to obtain education in the field of law enforcement.
