The Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov, met with the listeners.
22 police officers representing Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Kirovohrad oblasts began advanced training at the Department of Organization of Advanced Training and Specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of DSUIA.
Law enforcement officers will master the basics of constitutional law, issues of ensuring human rights and freedoms, as well as the principles of partnership interaction with the population. Particular attention will be paid to the preparation of administrative materials for violations of Traffic Rules, the procedure for drawing up official documents, as well as ensuring public (civil) safety and order during mass events in accordance with the Scandinavian model.
The Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov, conducted a briefing for the listeners before the start of training. He emphasized the need to comply with the rules of stay on the territory of the higher education institution with specific training conditions, safety requirements and response to air alert signals.
In addition, Ihor Kovalov emphasized the importance of systematic advanced training of law enforcement officers and the constant updating of their knowledge in accordance with the current challenges of the time.
