We are proud of everyone: another graduate of the Barrier-Free Driving School of DSUIA received a driver’s license

NEWS

Anna from Zaporizhzhia successfully passed the exams and now has a category “B” document.

Anna, who has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, learned about the training opportunity during the presentation of the driving school, organized jointly with representatives of the Regional Service Center of the Main Service Center of the MIA in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. This meeting became the impetus for an important decision – to learn to drive a car.

The graduate notes the professionalism of the teachers and instructors, the support at all stages of training and the comfortable conditions created in the driving school. She notes that this approach made it possible not only to gain the necessary knowledge and skills, but also to overcome anxiety and gain confidence behind the wheel.

Anna is convinced that thanks to the work of the Barrier-Free Driving School of DSUIA, people who previously had doubts about learning now have the opportunity to fulfill their dream and become more mobile. Professional instructors and specially adapted cars contribute to the effective mastering of skills and experience.

Obtaining a driver’s license opens up new opportunities for people with disabilities – it increases mobility, promotes independence in everyday life, expands employment prospects and active participation in society. DSUIA will continue to develop barrier-free educational initiatives, ensuring equal access to education for all categories of citizens.
