The implementation of the project began with a practical class featuring training elements on the topic “One for All.”

At the beginning of the event, Head of the Psychological Support Unit of DDUVS Serhii Vyshnevskyi addressed those present. He spoke about the purpose and history of the project’s creation, as well as the specifics of its implementation within the National Police of Ukraine, the National Guard, the State Emergency Service, and the State Border Guard Service. Particular attention was paid to the instructions of the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Inna Yashchuk, regarding the key tasks and prospects for implementing the project in educational institutions of the MIA system.

Participants of the first session were second-year cadets of the Faculty for Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine. The cadets showed interest in the practical component of the initiative and emphasized its relevance under martial law conditions.
During the training, participants practiced exercises aimed at developing mutual support, building team unity, and strengthening trust within the group. The practical tasks helped overcome psychological barriers through shared emotional and physical experiences, as well as activate mechanisms of mutual trust among the cadets.

Psychologist Alina Horodnychenko noted that such trainings generate significant interest among future police officers, as they demonstrate that trust is not an abstract concept, but a practical skill that can and should be developed.

According to her, the exercises also help reduce internal competition within the group and foster understanding that the strength of a team lies in uniting different people around a common goal.
