The Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of DSUIA is conducting a cycle of advanced training for NPU employees seconded to DSUIA, according to the program of advanced training for police officers seconded to higher education institutions that belong to the sphere of management of the MIA.
During the training, the students improve their general physical training, as well as deepen their knowledge of human rights, constitutionalism, the rule of law and anti-corruption legislation. Special attention will be paid to state policy in the field of affirmation of Ukrainian national and civic identity. In addition, the participants of the advanced training will study the principles of interaction between the police and society, the model of community-oriented police activity (Community Policing), the basics of effective communication, and will master the principles of official discipline.
Theoretical and practical classes in online format are conducted by experienced scientific and pedagogical workers of DSUIA.
Such events contribute to increasing the professional competence of the students, strengthening their legal culture and readiness to perform complex official tasks in modern conditions, give the participants the opportunity not only to update their knowledge, but also to increase the efficiency of work and the level of trust of citizens in law enforcement agencies.
