Today, Ukrainian servicemen, law enforcement officers, volunteers, and all defenders stand every day for the freedom, independence, and future of Ukraine. They give the most valuable things — their lives, health, and years of struggle — for the right of the Ukrainian people to live in a free country.
For the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, the Day of Heroes is not only a date of remembrance and gratitude. It is also a reminder of our responsibility to those who are defending the country today, educating a new generation of defenders, and continuing the struggle for Ukraine.
We bow our heads before the fallen Heroes and express sincere gratitude to all those who are currently defending the state.

We honor.
We continue to be worthy of their struggle.
