The meeting was conducted by the psychological service of the lyceum together with a representative of the NGO “Girls,” Viktoriia Panchenko.

The event took place within the National Barrier-Free Week and was aimed at shaping students’ conscious attitude toward the principles of equality, respect for human rights, overcoming gender stereotypes, and developing tolerant communication within the student environment.

During the meeting, participants discussed the concept of gender equality, the impact of stereotypes on modern society, the importance of mutual respect, and equal opportunities for every person regardless of gender. The cadets took part in thematic exercises, interactive discussions, analyzed real-life situations, and learned to recognize manifestations of discrimination in everyday life.

Special attention was paid by the organizers to the development of effective communication skills, mutual support, and the formation of a safe educational environment in which everyone can feel confident and protected.

As a result of the event, the cadets deepened their knowledge of the principles of gender equality, became more aware of the importance of respect for individuals, and the responsibility for their own words and actions.

The meeting was held in an open and friendly atmosphere, contributing to the development of a culture of mutual understanding and respect among young people.
