At the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, a meeting of the Academic Council was held under the chairmanship of the Acting Rector Ihor Magdaliyna.
For initiative and perseverance, high professionalism, conscientious performance of official duties and a significant personal contribution to the development of the sphere of education and science of Ukraine, scientific and pedagogical workers of DSUIA, the Center for Special Professional Training “Police Academy” and the Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education named after O. Hostishchev of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were awarded certificates and thanks from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The academic title of associate professor was awarded to the associate professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure, Senior Police Lieutenant Karina Pisotska.
The diploma of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge “Law” in the specialty “Law” was awarded to the senior lecturer of the Department of Theory of State and Law Daria Lavrenko.
In addition, reports were heard on the implementation of the Work Plan of the Council of Young Scientists of DSUIA, on the results of the rector’s control in the II semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, on the formation of one-time specialized academic councils for the public defense of dissertations for the purpose of awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy, etc.
Also, the Regulation on the Educational and Training Department for the Training of Unmanned Systems Operators was approved and a number of publications were recommended for printing.
