DSUIA Investigators and Inquiry Officers Completed a Short-Term Advanced Training Course

Thirty participants successfully passed the final examination and received certificates of course completion.

A short-term advanced training course for investigators and inquiry officers of the National Police of Ukraine specializing in the investigation of criminal offenses involving children has concluded at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.

The training brought together police officers from the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions.

The program covered current issues of criminal procedural legislation, regulatory and legal acts in the field of combating domestic violence, as well as modern approaches to preventing and counteracting crimes committed against children.

The graduates were congratulated upon completing the course by the Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Police Lieutenant Colonel Anatolii Kolotik. He emphasized the importance of continuous professional development for police officers, highlighted the significance of high-quality training when working with children, and wished the participants success in applying the knowledge they had acquired in their practical activities.

After successfully passing the comprehensive final examination, the participants received advanced training certificates.

The implementation of such educational programs contributes to improving police officers’ professional skills, enhancing the quality of pre-trial investigations, and ensuring the proper protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children.
