The event was organized by the Psychological Support Unit of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Participants joined an art therapy training session conducted as part of the implementation of the “Psychological Practices Center” project at higher education institutions with specific learning conditions.

The meeting brought together veterans in the role of experts working according to the “peer-to-peer” principle. According to the organizers, this format encouraged open exchange of experiences, mutual support, and the creation of an atmosphere of trust.
Head of the Psychological Support Unit Serhii Vyshnevskyi introduced participants to the purpose, key principles, and objectives of the “Psychological Practices Center” project. He also answered questions regarding the specifics of its implementation and future areas of work.
During the training session entitled “Art Therapy Workshop. Warrior of Spirit,” psychologist Hanna Mhlynets invited participants to complete the “Mandala” exercise aimed at mobilizing internal resources, developing emotional balance, and strengthening psychological resilience.
In addition, sets of metaphorical cards were used during the session to help veterans identify additional internal resources and reinforce those already available to them.

The meeting concluded with a discussion of current psychological issues. Participants shared their impressions of the training and expressed a desire for the next similar event to focus on a psychological game that would further develop self-support skills and teamwork.
