Tactical criminal analysis: training for cadets of DSUIA

The event was conducted by the temporarily acting deputy head of the criminal analysis department of the Main Department of the National Police in Luhansk region, police lieutenant Maksym Parshykov.

Practical training continues, which is conducted by employees of the criminal analysis departments of the Main Department of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Luhansk regions for cadets of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units of the National Police of Ukraine of DSUIA.

During the event, 2nd-year cadets of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units of the National Police of Ukraine learned about the fundamental principles of tactical analysis: its process, purpose, main tasks and tools.

In addition, Maksym Parshykov acquainted the cadets with the identification of “hot spots” of tactical criminal analysis, systematization of results, preparation of forecasts and tactical recommendations.

According to the organizers, the value of such knowledge lies in the fact that it allows them to promptly respond to manifestations of crime, predict the development of the criminogenic situation and develop effective measures for its stabilization.

Similar training allows cadets to develop analytical thinking, speed of information processing and prepare for future work in the criminal analysis units of the National Police of Ukraine.
