Medals, diplomas, and certificates were presented during a meeting of the Rectorate of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Vice-Rector, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Police Colonel Oleksandr Yunin awarded Anastasiia Medvedieva, a student of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Innovative Education, who took second place in the weight category over 68 kg at the Open MIA Kettlebell Sport Cup.
Cadet Bohdan Riabchenko won first place in the “Amateur Boxing” category at the open tournament “AZOV GAMES RUN,” which brought together representatives of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, veterans, and adaptive athletes. Cadet Illia Humennyk took second place in the separate “Educational Institutions” category at the same tournament. The cadets received gold and silver medals respectively.
Cadet Yuliia Tolmachova also secured first place in the up to 78 kg weight category at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Judo Championship for Men and Women..
Oleksandr Yunin wished the athletes new victories, as well as success in their studies and service.
