Regular Table Tennis Training for Veterans Continues at DSUIA

NEWS, Sport for military veterans

The training sessions are part of the university’s systematic work aimed at developing adaptive sports, physical rehabilitation, and the social adaptation of Ukraine’s defenders.

During the training sessions, participants improve their playing technique, reaction speed, coordination of movements, and tactical thinking. Table tennis not only helps maintain physical activity but also promotes concentration, endurance, and emotional recovery.

An important component of the training sessions is the friendly atmosphere, mutual support, and live communication that unite veterans and motivate them toward new sporting achievements. The regularity of the training process enables participants to improve their results, test their abilities in tournaments of various levels, and confidently represent Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs at sports competitions.

The University consistently develops veterans’ sports by creating a safe and accessible environment for physical activity. Regular table tennis training is another confirmation that sport helps restore strength, find new goals, and open opportunities for an active life after service.
