In the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, regular adaptive pickleball training sessions for military veterans continue. The classes are organized by the Department of Special Physical Training with the support of the university management.
Pickleball is a dynamic and accessible type of sport that is ideal for military veterans. The game combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis, without requiring excessive physical exertion. During training, participants improve movement coordination, reaction, accuracy of strikes and endurance.

For military veterans, pickleball has special significance. It contributes to the restoration of motor functions, strengthening of muscles, improvement of balance and general physical form. In addition, regular classes help reduce stress levels, reduce the manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder and restore emotional balance. Playing in a team or in pairs promotes socialization, mutual support and the formation of a sense of unity.

The university will continue to create conditions for the development of adaptive sports, helping military veterans return to active life, strengthen their health and find new inspiration.
