The award was presented at a meeting dedicated to Youth Day by Oleksandr Hanzha, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration and Police General of the Third Rank.
This year, 20 active young people from Dnipropetrovsk region were honored for significant achievements in various spheres of public life. They developed youth movements in their communities, engaged in volunteering, taught children, involved them in sports and creative activities, and implemented entrepreneurial ideas.
Sofiia Silina received the award in the “Creative and Cultural Achievements” category for her active work in the cultural sphere, creative achievements, implementation of her own initiatives, and contribution to the development of the youth cultural environment of Dnipropetrovsk region.
Following the competitive evaluation, the commission recognized Sofiia’s active civic position, her work, dedication, and commitment to implementing initiatives aimed at the development of Ukraine.
“For me, this award is an important indication that my creativity and activities are noticed and have meaning. It is not only recognition of my achievements, but also great motivation to keep moving forward,” Sofiia Silina said.
The student noted that this achievement was made possible thanks to her participation in the eSTeD Creative Movement Studio, which operates at DSUIA.
