The measures were conducted with 4th-year cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the NPU.

Regular practical classes in the discipline “Drawing up procedural documents at the stage of pre-trial investigation” were conducted by Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Police Major Viktoriia Rohalska jointly with the Prosecutor of the Dnipro Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the Sphere of Defense of the Eastern Region Mykola Herasymenko and the Senior Investigator of the Department of Investigation of Crimes in the Sphere of Economic and Official Activity of the Investigation Directorate of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Donetsk Region, Senior Police Lieutenant Yevhen Moskovko.

The classes took place at the university training ground “Counteraction to Organized Crime and Corruption” and at the investigative-forensic training ground.

During the training, the cadets under the mentorship of practical workers solved situational tasks in the format of a police quest. According to the results of the performance of the tasks, the seekers drew up protocols of the corresponding procedural actions and entered information into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.

The practical orientation of the classes allows the cadets to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in conditions close to professional activity and to improve the skills of documenting procedural actions at the stage of pre-trial investigation.
