Experience of prosecutors: binary classes for cadets of DSUIA

Binary classes were conducted within the framework of mastering the academic discipline “Drawing up procedural documents at the stage of pre-trial investigation”.

Cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Bodies of the NPU of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs continue to practice practical skills of drawing up procedural documents at the stage of pre-trial investigation jointly with prosecutors.

Within the framework of studying the topic “Procedural formalization, organization and conduct of temporary access to things and documents”, Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Police Major Viktoriia Rohalska invited the Prosecutor of the Dnipro Regional Prosecutor’s Office Vitalii Nikolaichuk and the Prosecutor of the Dnipro Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the Sphere of Defense of the Eastern Region Mykola Herasymenko.

The classes took place at the investigative-forensic training ground of the university, where the cadets, according to practice-oriented plots under the mentorship of the invited speakers, practiced the algorithms of applying temporary access to things and documents, and also drew up the corresponding procedural documents.

Similar measures contribute to the formation in cadets of practical skills of drawing up procedural documents, the consolidation of theoretical knowledge in practical conditions and the increase of the level of professional training of future investigators.
