In Dnipro, a new season of the student project “Battle for VISh”, organized by the public organization “Studentry of Dnipro”, began. This year the competitions will consist of five stages. The first stage of the tournament was competitions in kayaking.
Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs was represented by cadets of the faculty of training specialists for units of criminal police of the National Police of Ukraine (academic group KA-K9-26-1) Matvii Petrovskyi, Oleksandr Bobrovnyk and Andrii Stoiko under the mentorship of the senior lecturer of the department of special physical training, police major Serhii Petrenko.
According to the results of the races, the team of DSUIA demonstrated a high level of physical training, team coherence and won first place among the institutions of higher education of the city.
Organizational support for the participation of cadets in the competitions was provided by the leadership of the university, the department of special physical training, the faculty of training specialists for units of criminal police of the National Police of Ukraine and the Student-Cadet Council.
